Writing A Welcoming Statement for Semester 2

Dear students,

The new year has come and therefore, "Welcome". Certainly, 2022 will bring us new hopes: a hope for the pandemic to end, a hope for the chance to meet people in person, and a hope for opportunities to learn about and explore the world. 

In the last two years, you proved yourselves to be able to go through the hardship. In another sense, you have adapted to all the changes very greatly. Your teamwork with your parents was a great success. It helped ease us-teachers and the school, to facilitate your learning holistically. No wonder you could achieve the targeted learning outcomes. We thank you so much for that. Without hesitation, you deserve "two thumbs-ups". 

As the situation gradually gets better, things may keep changing. There would be application of different strategies in the way we run term 3. We confidently admit that your adaptation skills may fit this circumstance.
